RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your order. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. Makeup cannot be returned for hygiene purposes – the only exception is if someone has had an allergic reaction. We offer no exchanges on cosmetics.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS
If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service e-mail below to arrange a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
